Credit Card On-File

We will ask all clients with services at Pure Med Aesthetics to leave a debit or credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show, and late policies. We will be unable to book your appointment otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

At Pure Med Aesthetic, your appointments are essential to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come to visit us. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service for missing your appointment with your on-file credit or debit card.

No-Show Policy

At Pure Med Aesthetics, your appointments are essential to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge 50% of your scheduled service for missing your appointment with your on-file credit or debit card.

Late Policy

If you are 15 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients.

Appointment Reminder

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments one business day before your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Refunds

All treatment sales are final. If you have purchased a treatment, you may not receive a refund for the unused portion of services; however, it may be used as a credit toward any other service or retail item within 90 days of purchase only.

I understand Pure Med Aesthetics has the right to refuse treatment and/or dismiss a client from any service at any time. I also understand that I may not be a candidate for certain medical services and it is at the full discretion of the medical provider to determine whether I am a candidate for any service provided. After 3 no shows, we reserve the right to discharge you from our practice.
